Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For most treatments, you'll
remain fully clothed. We recommend athletic wear or comfortable
clothing that allows freedom of movement. For certain treatments like
hot stone massage, you may undress to your comfort level and will be
properly draped.
We offer sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The most popular
options are 60-minute ($80) and 90-minute ($110) sessions. Your first
visit will include a brief consultation to discuss your needs and
customize the treatment, which may add 10-15 minutes.
Yes! We provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company
for reimbursement. Many extended health plans cover massage therapy.
We can also arrange direct billing with certain insurance providers.

Traditional Chinese massage uses firm pressure to release tension and
blocked energy. While you may experience some discomfort in areas of
tension, it should never be unbearable. We always work within your
comfort level and adjust pressure based on your feedback. The goal is
therapeutic, not painful.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. Late
cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We

treatment. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, or any

certificate. They never expire and can be used for any of our

is also accessible by public transit with multiple bus routes nearby.
